Presentation
A file download popup will appear. If the option to "Run" the file is
available, please click it. You will then be prompted if you want to
run the software. Click "Run" again. It will take a few seconds to
download and run the temporary file. When complete a "QuickSupport"
window will appear with "Your ID and Password". Please provide this
information to you support accountant and in a few seconds they will
have access to your computer.
If the "Run" option does not popup when you click on the link above, you
will be prompted to "Save" the file. Save the file to your desktop.
Minimize your browser and click on the icon that will be on your
desktop. This will run the software and the same "QuickSupport" window
will appear.
We will terminate the software at the end of the session. However, you
can terminate the session at any time by clicking the "X" next to the
functions line in the box at the lower right hand corner of your screen.
